Our Shop

The Trash Palace shop sells a wide range of recycled goods at bargain prices. For no charge the public drop unwanted goods that were destined for the landfill but could still be reused; such as furniture, white ware, electrical items, steel car parts, kitchenware, gardening tools, toys and bikes.

Our Inorganic Collection Service

Trash Palace also offer residents of Porirua two free collections of inorganic materials per year, to help them clear out those unwanted items gathering dust at home.

We also provide a service for Wellington residents at a small charge. Email or phone us below for costs

Our E-Waste Metal Recycling Facility

Opened in 2006, the metal recycling facility collects all kinds of electronic and metal waste, recovering valuable metals for recycling. Where possible, we also repair electrical goods, parts and appliances for resale.

Please note tube TV's and CRT monitors attract a cost of $20.00 each to recycle. All other e-waste is accepted for free!
